Digital report purchases

AI Anxiety is a low-cost digital product delivered immediately after payment. Refunds are reviewed case by case, especially for duplicate purchases, payment errors, delivery failures, or cases where the paid report or Field Guide cannot be accessed.

How to request help

Email ai.anxiety.co@gmail.com with the purchase email, approximate purchase time, and a short explanation of the issue. We will review the request and respond as soon as practical.

What is not covered

We generally do not refund simply because a buyer disagrees with their result type or expected custom consulting. The product provides educational guidance, practical next steps, prompts, safety checks, and a downloadable Field Guide.

Outcome claims

AI Anxiety is designed to help office workers choose safer first steps with AI. It does not provide job outcomes, workplace adoption outcomes, income outcomes, promotion outcomes, legal compliance outcomes, or personal wellbeing outcomes.
